Approved Trades Management are members of various trade organisations including The Federation of Master Builders, NHBC, Gas Safe and CIPHE. This means that our work is continually monitored and vetted by the governing bodies to ensure that their stringent standards are adhered to. This enables us to provide our clients with up to 10 year insurance backed warranties on all new build homes, extensions and minor projects.
We are fully insured and endorsed by Trustmark, the government backed scheme to help the public find reputable, honest, trades people with health, safety and customer care at the heart of their business.

As our name suggests, we only employ approved trades people. Our workforce is highly skilled and fully experienced in their individual fields of expertise.
Health and Safety is of primary importance to us, our employees, clients and the general public. As a result, we employ specialist Health and Safety Consultants to regularly train staff and update our Health and Safety Policies in line with current regulations. We are able to provide design and access statements, along with method statements and risk assessments for all types of work undertaken.
The design, architectural and planning team have been handpicked and bring a combined experience of well over 300 years. As a result of this, our clients benefit from excellent links with Local Authority Planning and Building Control Departments, Housing Associations, Architects, Consultants, Landowners and Estate Agents. Approved Trades Management has the specialist knowledge and experience to identify land suitable for development. We can work with clients to obtain planning permission for property they currently own or look to acquire prime sites for future development with or without option agreements.

Within the private sector, we specialise in building prestigious bespoke homes, renovations and the design and construction of extensions. The company is well known for its ability to take on projects that other construction companies will shy away from, the depth of experience means that the team has the knowledge, skill and desire to work on projects that do not conform to the norm.
We understand the very specific needs of commercial property owners. We regularly undertake projects in restaurants, shops, offices and places of work including all aspects of refurbishment, redesign and alterations. Timing is of the upmost importance to ensure that our clients premises are not disrupted any longer than absolutely necessary. We are able to adapt our working patterns to accommodate the precise needs of business owners.
Approved Trades Management holds £2 million Contractors All Risk insurance, so our clients are fully covered in the extremely unlikely event that it is necessary.
